How to file to create a VM

Step 1:
Create a name that will be used to Identify you. also create an abbreviated version.

Step 2:
Get a general member count

Step 3:
Identify 2 or 3 open countries that you would be willing to operate from. You are allowed to have 5 United States states guaranteed, if you want them, and are allowed to have 1 more state per 5 members up to a maximum of 10 states.

Step 4:
Identify what games you use. Options are: FSX, ArmA, ArmA 2, ArmA Operation Arrowhead, and others based upon the exception clause. In short, I need to know what you will be using.

Step 5:
Get in contact with me over skype to be added to the Virtual chat, figure out what your military has already based upon the armed forces whose countries you own, and what your budget is, using the budget equation. (GDP of all your countries added together/4.9=X X/12=Monthly budget)

Step 6:
Have fun and enjoy yourselves. However please follow the rules, because the Virtual World reserves the right to remove you at any time for violations.

VM= Virtual Military that operates from countries and can purchase military hardware. Has the right to declare war on other VM's. You are allowed to attack anything unless otherwise noted.

VA= Virtual Airline that operates from airports inside a VM's land. Isn't allowed to operate military hardware, but is allowed to negotiate a contract with a mercenary VM or a VM for protection against other VM's.

Mercinary VM= VM that is paid to attack other VMs or VAs However you are only allowed to attack if you have been paid. Your cannot be attacked by other VMs, however whenever a mercenary is flying over another VMs land he is a free target. Isn't allowed to declare war, produce technological advances, or produce anything.
